DesignForge — This Very Website
The website you're browsing right now — designed, written and built by me as the home for DesignForge. A dark industrial visual system, CAD-blueprint motifs, a rotating 3D wireframe cube in the hero, and a full case-study portfolio.

Before
AfterWhat needed to be designed
I needed a site that would prove the craft on both sides of my business at once — engineering precision AND premium web design — without feeling like a generic template. It had to load fast on Ugandan mobile networks and still feel high-end on desktop.
How DesignForge approached it
- 1
Designed a custom dark visual system: deep-charcoal background, forged-orange accents, Space Grotesk display + Inter body, blueprint-grid backdrops.
- 2
Built the hero with a pure-CSS 3D rotating wireframe cube (no heavy 3D library) to nod at the CAD side of the business.
- 3
Structured the site around dedicated routes — Home, Services with 3-section pricing, Portfolio with per-project case studies, About, Contact — with proper SEO metadata on every page.
- 4
Added a floating WhatsApp CTA, mobile-first responsive layout, and lazy-loaded imagery for fast loads on 4G.
