The Challenge

What needed to be designed

I built this to practise producing everything a formal submission would need in one package — cover render, dimensioned drawings, and a costed BOM.

The Approach

How DesignForge approached it

    Modeled the bench in SolidWorks with the curved armrests as a single rolled tube radius.

  2. 2

    Produced a render for the cover page and a 3-sheet drawing pack: front, side, and slat detail.

  3. 3

    Compiled a BOM with steel tube, plate, and timber quantities.
